Campaign Of The Month (COTM): May 2018
This campaign aims to promote the Rooftop St. James over the summer period. Our strategy is designed with a “mobile-first” mentality; with visually engaging adverts, ensuring our ads are quirky, to-the-point and eye-catching. Our unique hashtag gives us an idea of how many customers visit (and return) and how effective the platform is for engaging with customers.
The campaign hashtag #mixitupSW1 helps identify content generated by users aware of/influenced by our summer campaign. Not only does this help track the campaign's influence and awareness levels across the relevant social media audience, but it also makes finding relevant user-generated content for organic social media posts much quicker.
